Affiliate Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the African International Funds Affiliate Program (“AIFAP”). By joining or participating in this Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read them carefully before registering.
Overview
African International Funds (AIF) offers an affiliate program that allows approved Affiliates to earn commissions by promoting our prop firm services through approved affiliate links, codes, and marketing materials.
By registering, you agree that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Your participation complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country.
Enrollment
To become an Affiliate:

Complete the official Affiliate Application via our website.

Wait for approval by our affiliate management team.

Once approved, you’ll receive a unique tracking link and/or affiliate code.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
Commission Structure
Tier Referrals Commission Discount
Supernova 1–350 12% Matches website discount
Cosmos 351–800 17% Matches website discount
Galactic 801+ 26% Matches website discount

Your commission rate is determined by your Affiliate Tier, based on total valid referrals.
Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made directly via your affiliate link or code.
Only completed, paid, and valid sales are eligible.
Refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity will void commissions.
Payments
Payout Frequency: Weekly (Automatic).
Minimum Payout: $ 80 USD.
Payment Methods: May include bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or other approved methods.
Payout Processing Time: Up to 5 business days after the end of the week.
AIF reserves the right to hold or adjust payments for verification or fraud prevention purposes.
Amendments
AIF reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:
Promote African International Funds truthfully and professionally.
Avoid misleading claims or guarantees about payouts or performance.
Use only approved promotional materials, banners, and brand assets.
Maintain transparency in marketing and advertising methods.
Comply with all anti-spam, advertising, and financial promotion laws.
Affiliates may not:
Use PPC ads bidding on our brand name or similar terms.
Use deceptive tactics, fake identities, or spamming.
Offer unauthorized discounts or incentives.
Create websites impersonating AIF or our team.
Violation of these conditions may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.
Referral Tracking
Tracking is managed using cookies and internal systems to attribute sales.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their links and codes are used correctly.
AIF is not responsible for tracking failures due to browser settings, ad blockers, or user errors.
Termination
AIF reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation if you:
Breach any part of this Agreement.
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior.
Damage AIF’s reputation or brand image.
Upon termination:
All outstanding unpaid commissions will be reviewed for validity.
Invalid or disputed commissions may be forfeited.
Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, and materials provided by AIF remain our intellectual property.
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use these materials solely for promotional purposes.
Unauthorized use of AIF branding, logos, or designs may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
African International Funds will not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of income, data, or goodwill.
System interruptions or technical failures beyond our control.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which African International Funds operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
